Dr. Helvig at Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat is very knowledgeable, thorough and capable.  She removed a cyst from inside my neck successfully and painlessly.  She explained everything in detail every step of the way in an attempt to calm my nerves. She visited with me right before the procedure to answer any questions.  You don't always see your doctor just before they operate on you.  She was even the one who removed the staples when they were ready to come out.  Some doctors pass off that task to someone else like a nurse. Her support staff was very professional and friendly.  I would recommend Dr. Helvig to anyone who needs help with their ear, nose or throat!
