The scheduling staff will work with you to find an appointment time and location that will meet your needs to the best of our ability. If you feel your medical condition requires more attention, please ask to speak to a triage nurse.

Your First Visit

Patient Registration

Please plan to arrive about 20 minutes early for your first visit. You will be asked to complete initial paperwork electronically. Bring your medical insurance card, driver's license or identification card, and any important medical records, including any recent test results and CT scan films that should be given to the doctors. Please inform us about any health problems, allergies and medications that you are taking. 

Office Schedule

We make a sincere attempt to adhere to the appointment schedule as closely as possible. We appreciate the value of your time and dislike long waiting periods. However, patients do not become ill at pre-determined times, and surgery may take longer than anticipated in some cases. Your patience and understanding in these situations is greatly appreciated. We are very grateful for the sympathetic responses so many of our patients have shown under these extreme circumstances.

Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments

We require at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Surgery Scheduling

If you have questions regarding surgery or need to set a date for surgery, your call will be directed to the surgery schedulers. 

Audiologist

Midwest ENT & Allergy is looking for a full-time Audiologist for our practice in Sioux Falls, SD. Be a part of a talented and knowledgeable team striving to help our community hear their best.

Our audiology team supports our 7 ENT physicians and patients with diagnostics, cochlear implants, BAHA’s, and hearing aid devices. Our physicians and audiologists are also well versed and highly trained in Earlens.

Qualifications

• Au.D. preferred, will consider a master’s degree in Audiology;
• Active SD dispensing license or eligible for licensure;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients with a high standard of care.

Midwest ENT & ALLERGY physician practice searching for Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join our successful, well-established independent ENT practice in Sioux Falls, SD. Our practice consists of 7 Otolaryngologists, 2 Physician Assistants and 5 Audiologists.
